Sponsorship
The FCSE-2024 organizers solicit three levels of sponsorship:
Platinum (3,200 $Can), Gold (2,400 $Can), and Silver (1,600 $Can).
The Platinum sponsorship includes the following benefits: distinguished place in the FCSE-2024 Symposium announcements and documents, mention in the documents summarizing the Symposium program after the conference and published in the SVC, AVS, and other literature and websites, one-page space for the Sponsor’s activity in the Book of abstracts, presenting an event (e.g., a coffee break, lunch, …) in the name of the sponsor, a possibility to participate in the table-top exhibit, and a symposium registration for three persons from the company (including conference dinner).
The Gold sponsorship includes the following benefits: Distinguished place in the FCSE-2024 Symposium announcements and documents, half a page space for the Sponsor’s activity in the Book of abstracts, a possibility to participate in the table-top exhibit, and a symposium registration for two persons from the company (including conference dinner).
The Silver sponsorship includes the following benefits: Distinguished place in the FCSE-2024 Symposium announcements and documents, a quarter of a page space for the Sponsor’s activity in the Book of abstracts, a possibility to participate in the table-top exhibit, and a symposium registration for one person from the company (including conference dinner).

Exhibit
The FCSE-2024 organizers solicit industry manufacturers and equipment and service suppliers to participate as exhibitors (exhibitors fee: 1,000 $Can).
The exhibit will be an integral part of the conference, and it will assist both the participants of the technical program and the equipment vendors and manufacturers to meet and share their common interests. For each exhibitor, a 180 cm x 75 cm (6 ft. x 2.5 ft.) table, covered with a blue nap, will be available to present technical literature and small equipment. While the tables are not directly equipped with electrical outlets, extension cables will be available upon request, if communicated in advance. Please also advise us in advance if you plan on bringing a stand and/or a banner. The exhibit is a two-day event: on Monday, June 3, and on Tuesday, June 4. Traffic at the exhibit will be assured during specific exhibit and poster periods, as well as during the coffee and lunch breaks.
In addition, the vendors’ fee includes access to all technical sessions (2 days), lunches, refreshments, and conference dinner for one person. The description of the activities of each exhibitor will be available on the conference website and in the conference proceedings.

In order to facilitate the transport of equipment across the border, the exhibitors should consult the NAFTA agreement.
